**Your new company**

Hays is excited to be partnering with a global provider of investment and financial services and software for the financial services and healthcare industries. You will be joining a finance team of 5, and report to the Finance Manager in this newly created Accounts Administrator opportunity.

**Your new role**

In this role you will be responsible for the ownership of end-to-end AP as well as ownership of debtor receipt and reporting functions.

**Duties**
- End-to-end accounts payable - timely and accurate supplier invoice processing, payment and supplier statement reconciliations
- Set up suppliers in Workday
- Assist in setting up of purchase requisitions in Workday
- Expense reimbursements
- Month-end close - accrual, credit card and AP related journal entries to ensure expenses are recognised and reported accurately
- Management of prepayments
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Intercompany reporting and reconcilliations
- Balance Sheet reconciliations

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role in a similar professional environment working with both internal and external stakeholders. Ideally, you will also have experience with Workday.
