**About the role**

Specialist Clinics at RMH has three opportunities for motivated and interested applicants to join our team for a full-time fixed-term period of 1 year as Waitlist Audit Officers.
- Reporting to Improvement Lead Specialist Clinics, the Waitlist Audit Officer is responsible for active management of Specialist Clinic patient waitlists, including but not limited to:

- Making direct contact with patients, their caregivers and treating healthcare providers to determine current healthcare needs including those that should be provided by the RMH
- Answering phone, online and Health Hub enquiries
- Communicating with internal and external key stakeholders
- Following administrative processes in the Electronic Medical Record
- Work closely with the Specialist Clinic team and a wide range of healthcare and administration professionals both inside and external to the RMH.
