About the role
The Administration Officer is responsible for providing an efficient, effective, ethical, and confidential administrative and reception support service to the Redcliffe-Caboolture Medicated Assisted Treatment Team and Psychosocial Treatment Team. These teams deliver medication assisted treatment services and psychosocial interventions to people with moderate to severe substance use disorders and their families/significant others to achieve maximum benefits from health care services for them in accordance with organisational goals.
About you
- Develop and maintain systems which enhance effective and efficient administrative support services provided to Redcliffe and Caboolture based MNMH-ADS teams, ensuring day to day operational requirements of service delivery are achieved.
- Maintain open channels of communication between all staff within the unit and other members of multidisciplinary teams.
- Establish, review and maintain an effective administration records system, and ensure security protocols are maintained.
- Work autonomously, utilising discretion in the absence of decision makers to establish work priorities and resolve conflicting priorities to meet deadlines.
