**The Company and Role**
Our client is an industry leader passionate about their products, creating an interactive and flavour-filled experience for their customers. Opening their first store in Melbourne more than 20 years ago, this iconic and revolutionary concept quickly grew in popularity and is now a global sensation with almost 50 stores across the world.
Being based in Hobart means we are looking for a Store Manager who can work autonomously and someone who is self-motivated and driven. Your role will include developing, mentoring and building your team to be experts in the industry and you will be able to lead a team to achieve store budgets as well as structured KPI's.
Most importantly, you will ADORE creating a personal and exciting experience for your customers....
**Skills You'll Bring**
- Ability to coach and develop up to 10 staff to achieve consistent results
- Sensational time management and operational skills
- Manage wages, rosters, budgets and KPI's
- Recruit, train and develop your team
- Manage HIGH VOLUME product levels
- Passion, energy and a focus to thrive on results
- Demonstrate excellent sales skills in a consultative environment
- Have impeccable VM and administration standards
