This Australian-owned company has been operating in the market since 2010. They have since expanded across multiple states within Australia and are a leading distributor of high-quality stone pavers, tiles and wall cladding, glass mosaics outdoor furniture, and décor.

**The Opportunity**:
Artisan Exterior is renowned for their innovative and exceptional product range, and they are now seeking a skilled and professional Sales Team Leader to contribute to their continued success.

Joining Artisan Exterior, you will have the security of a **full-time permanent position** that offers a **competitive salary, company car, and bonus structure **where you will work with an existing and loyal client base managing a high-performing sales team focused on delivering innovative solutions and high-quality products.
- With **30% year on year growth,** you will contribute to the ongoing success of Artisan Exterior
- Build the future of Artisan Exterior by leading and supporting a high performing sales team
- $120k + 10.5% super + up to $40k/year in bonuses + company vehicle to be utilised as your own

**The Role**:
You will lead and manage the location sales team, showroom and warehouse operational function with the objective of meeting revenue targets to support continued business growth.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, ensuring they are supported and achieving their goals and targets
- Manage VIP trade clients and grow existing client relationships through regular contact and follow-up
- Manage the team, showroom and warehouse operations
- Set and adjust sales targets for the team and implement strategies for growth across the Canberra location
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company to ensure smooth and efficient account management
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game and provide strategic advice to improve business growth

**The Ideal Person**:
Your values system will focus on leading by example with team culture and success at the forefront of everything you do. You will lead from the front on the showroom floor, not in the back office.

You will also have the following skills/attributes:

- Lead alongside the team providing ongoing support and mentorship
- Quick Learner and capable of retaining information
- Strong communication and relationship building skills

You must be willing to undergo a police check to be successful in this role

**Salary / Rate**:

- **$120k + 10.5% super + OTE of $40k annually + company car to be utilised as your own**:

- Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday’s if required
- Full-time permanent opportunity
- Location: Fyshwick, Canberra
