Corporate Governance and Risk have an exciting opportunity to employ an Integrity Lead to its diverse and skilled team based at the Flinders Medical Centre. The unit works to promote transparency, accountability, fairness, and responsibility within the business's operations. The unit ensures that employees act in the best interest of SALHN's stakeholders while complying with laws, regulations, and ethical standards within the healthcare setting.

As the Integrity Lead, you will provide leadership in the development of strategies, policies, systems, and processes that support corporate governance. You work to build and maintain internal and external stakeholders' confidence in the business, working to mitigate risks and promote ethical practices. Day to day duties include managing statements and management of interest declarations, gifts and benefits, compliance reporting and providing expert corporate governance advice to employees and management.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in healthcare administration, compliance, and ethics,
- Proficiency in developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively educate employees, management, and other stakeholders on corporate governance systems,
- Commitment to a culture of continuous improvement, remaining knowledgeable about contemporary industry best practices, regulations, and broader opportunities for developing staff and systems.
