The Basin Primary School is recognised for our focus on the 'whole child¿ balancing the academic, social and personal development of our students. We believe this is best met when parents, their children and the school staff work closely and cooperatively together. Our school aims to provide

- a challenging, comprehensive and relevant curriculum with an emphasis in literacy and numeracy.
- A learning atmosphere that stimulates the desire to learn and fosters lifelong learning skills. We welcome parents into our classrooms and school community as partners in our students' education.
