We are currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Modern Run practice within the Cloud Ops IAM team. This is a newly created role that will see you working very closely with our customer to ensure delivery and overall operational excellence.

On a day to day, you’ll be- Leading and managing the service delivery for our customers to ensure operational excellence.- Providing strategic input to the development of IT services ensuring alignment with our customers business goals.- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of IT op’s, conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance is met.- Conduct regular reviews of service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.- Act as an escalation point for customer concerns if/when they arise including managing high priority incidents.- Proactively provide recommendations on enhancements to their environment- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in service delivery- Maintain and develop key relationships with vendors and partners.- Participate in the after-hours on-call roster (average of one week per month)- Manage a team of engineers locally and offshore.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have- 5+ years’ experience in a IT Service Delivery Management role, preferably within an outsourcing or Managed Services environment- A love of processes- Strong understanding of governance and operational excellence- Experience in managing large / enterprise contracts for the delivery of IT services.- Extensive experience in incident and issue management.- Exceptional Leadership experience- Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills- At Versent, we don't adhere to a one-size-fits-all hiring strategy.
