SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a **Full Time Wash Supervisor** to join the team at **Brisbane Airport**.

As a Wash Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day support for our vehicle detailing team and ensure all vehicles meet SIXT Australia’s vehicle presentation standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining detailing standards through checklists and regular ‘spot checks’
- Shift management of fleet supply in conjunction with the other managers at the location
- Ensuring all staff have the required adequate training to perform the tasks required
- Ensuring all staff fully understand their role and how their performance will be measured
- Managing work shifts to comply with current Award conditions
- Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customer
- Inspecting and recording vehicle damage
- Delivering vehicles between sites

**Qualifications**
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster during location trading hours, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays
- Demonstrated ability to lead a high performing team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (essential)
- Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver’s Licence
- Full working rights in Australia

All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
