**Company Overview**:
The Murrina Group Pty Ltd is a proud indigenous company that is a major

supplier for building contractors in the Construction, Engineering, and

infrastructure sectors, with a variety of plant

and equipment, especially modern Tower Cranes & Alimak Hoists.

As a result of rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced, confident, and

capable Tower Crane rigging supervisor to work on our fleet of electric tower

cranes at our Altona North facility based in Melbourne, VIC.

(minimum) who has sound knowledge in the installation, climbing, and

recovery of Tower Cranes.
- Previous experience with Jaso Tower Cranes would be an advantage
- Tower Crane gold card would be an advantage.
- No, electrical knowledge is required
- The successful applicant will be reporting directly to the Project managers

for the following tasks:

- Be prepared to lead a team onsite with Tower Crane installs, climbs, and

recovery.
- Daily maintenance and execution of high-end pre-deliveries of electric

tower cranes and hoists at our Altona North facility.
- Installation and commissioning of Tower Cranes.
- Routine monthly service & maintenance of Tower Cranes.
- Complete clear & and legible site reports.
- Attend/assist with Call-Out.

- Be competent in over lifts
- Assist in diagnosing and problem-solving for the best outcomes.
- Liaise with a variety of end users, construction managers & OEM’s in

a professional & courteous manner.
- Maintain & enforce a high level of housekeeping in the workshop & when

onsite.
- Be open to ongoing training.
- Be open to the pre-delivery & maintenance of assorted fixed & mobile plants.
- Meet the Murrina Group and their clients’ expectations & deadlines.
- Familiarize and maintain the highest level of safety standards in the

workplace.
- Maintain & work within Australian standards
- Embrace & maintain The Murrina Group values.

**Skills & Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Intermediate Rigger
- Previous Tower Crane installation, climbing and recovery experience.
- Car license
- Forklift license
- White Card - Construction Induction
- Work at heights.
- License to perform High-Risk Work
- Occupational health and safety training.
- Be flexible to ongoing changes & requirements as the business

grows to take on new challenges.
- Be available for overtime
