The Student Hub functions as a central pillar within the Student Life Directorate, employing a comprehensive, evidence-driven strategy to foster a strong sense of community and address the diverse needs of individual students throughout their academic journey.

Operating as a primary conduit, the Student Hub assumes the critical responsibility of offering high-calibre and timely guidance to students engaging in face-to-face interactions, catering to a spectrum of general and course-specific inquiries. In addition, the Student Hub manages tier three digital inquiries that require escalated attention and collaborate closely with Schools to streamline administrative processes associated with academic programs to address the distinct needs of students.

The Role
Reporting to the Manager, Student Hub, you will play a pivotal role in shaping team initiatives and ensuring the efficiency of enrollment services at ECU. You will be responsible for facilitating clear communication and collaboration across departments to tackle course progression, system usage, timetable activity management challenges and other proactive cohort specific projects and tasks. You will support the student experience by maintaining consistent standards and seek to optimise student enrollment opportunities.

In addition, the role will provide relief to fellow Hub Coordinators as required, and will oversee the student employment initiative, maintaining operational efficiency, and budget compliance.

The Enrollment Services Coordinator position offers an opportunity to lead the delivery of an excellent student experience, make a significant impact on the university's enrolment processes and enhance the student journey.

While the position is required at and will be predominantly based at Joondalup, working from Mount Lawley campus will be expected as needed.

The Person

Exceptional leadership qualities and practices, capable of driving impactful change and inspiring collaborative efforts.

An in-depth grasp of course frameworks and enrollment management methodologies, employing technology systems and student information platforms to streamline enrollment procedures effectively.

Experience in researching, pinpointing, and examining key issues along with their corresponding options, advantages, and drawbacks, to formulate viable solutions.

An understanding of interconnections between various technologies and systems across all Centres and Schools and recognise their potential direct or indirect effects on customers.

Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, exerting influence over the choices, behaviours, or viewpoints of others, while maintaining a transparent and truthful approach.

You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Personal Excellence and Courage.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full-time ongoing position attracts remuneration of $93,378 to $104,628 (HEW 7) pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
