What you’ll be doing:_**
- Ensuring that the office runs smoothly
- Organising travel and accommodation for the project staff through corporate travel agency
- Ensuring adequate supply of stores (food and drinks) and office equipment
- Keeping all the office areas tidy
- Organising IT and telecommunications equipment
- Assist in other admin duties such as the Finance /admin department
- Taking minutes of project meetings
**_ What you’ll need:_**
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast paced environment
- Ability to take initiative, be flexible and work within a diverse team
- SharePoint experience would be ideal, however not a requirement
- Two years of experience in administration roles
- Highly organised and ability to work to deadlines
- Microsoft Office 365, Excel and Word
