**The Role**
The ASD4 and ASD5 MD Skills & Training Officers will be accountable under limited direction to perform and achieve moderately complex learning and development work within an integrated workforce. They are accountable to have a good understanding of compliance to relevant legislative frameworks, government decision-making and the Australian Signals Directorate’s mission and policy requirements.

**About our Team**
The Mission Data (MD) Division within ASD is responsible for providing the foundational data capabilities to support all of ASD's functions. We do this via the provision of data platforms and services, management of ASD's mission data, and providing complex analytic development and support, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities.

The MD Division Skills and Training Officer will have considerable stakeholder engagement experience using a range of highly developed communication methods and will create a culture of learning within the Division. You will be focused on continuous business improvement with an ability to identify process efficiencies and implement fit for purpose solutions to meet MD Division training program planning needs.

- Have attention to detail, with the ability to take responsibility for accurate completion of work,
- Possess strong organisation skills with the ability to plan and manage your workload, resolves issues as they arise and seek guidance when required.
