Vintage Administration Assistant

Vintage 2024 isn’t too far away and we are looking for several Administration Assistants & Booking Clerks to join our teams.

Are you organised and enjoy providing your best customer service for internal and external stakeholders as well as learning more about the wine industry? Opportunities are available within our winery and vineyard office for Administration Assistants.

Administration Assistants:
In this role you will assist the team with data entry and general support with tasks as below:
- Data entry for winery operational processes- Preparing and maintaining documentation and reports- Reception duties (including answering phones and welcoming visitors)- Assisting with other administrative functions across the Barossa Wineries

Booking Clerk:
Before the grapes are received in our wineries the Booking Clerks will assist the Wine Supply & Vineyard Operations teams with:
- Finalising grower booking and intake of grapes- Communicating grower information and liaising with internal & external stakeholders- Data entry and general administration duties- And lots more

You can expect the work to commence approx. December/January through to April 2024. Some out of ordinary hours work may be required including weekends.
