**Job Overview**:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented UGG Boots Sole Gluer Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate and oversee the gluing process for UGG Boots soles, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in the production of our iconic footwear.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate sole gluer machines according to production specifications.
- Monitor and control the gluing process to ensure proper adhesion of soles to UGG Boots.
- Identify and address any issues affecting the quality of the glued soles promptly.
- Manage and organize materials required for the gluing process.
- Coordinate with the materials team to ensure an adequate supply of sole components.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sole Gluer Machine Operator in the footwear manufacturing industry, with specific experience in UGG Boots production preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform quality checks consistently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of production processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $28.26 per hour
