**About the role**

As a Housing Services Team Leader, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the Housing Client Service Teams providing direction, support, and feedback for all team members to facilitate delivery of a broad range of housing solutions that ensure customers receive quality outcomes. You will also contribute to asset and service delivery planning.

As Team Leader you will be open to new and diverse experiences and your ability to manage key relationships and implement change will be pivotal to your success. You will have theability to manage relationships with a wide variety of community and interest groups; balancing asset and budget decisions against client need and broader DCJ and program initiatives
- Will need to be able to motivate and encourage team/unit to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients and the department, in a high-volume work environment.
- Can communicate effectively to efficiently foster and manage key stakeholder relationships within HNSW both internal and externally
- Will be able to think outside the box to improve systems and processes, which are used by the team/unit.

**Essential requirements**
- Possession of Current NSW Driver’s Licence. Must be willing to provide evidence of your valid licence through the Service NSW app.
