We are looking for an innovative and engaging individual to join the team as an Assistant Property Manager overseeing an office & retail portfolio on one of CBRE’s major institutional clients. You will be responsible for the general maintenance and accuracy of lease/tenant information, including finance and accounting duties, along with building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- **The Opportunity**:

- Work collaboratively with the General Manager to support the management and administration of a portfolio of high-profile leases
- Research, review and manage critical dates and ensure compliance with lease obligations
- Conduct active tenant arrears control with associated communications
- Complete tenant account reconciliations and arrears management
- Assist General Manager to prepare annual budgets, code creditor invoices and send for processing and other accounting and finance duties
- Assist with property management including tenant liaison, lease administration and occupancy issues
- Examine executed leases and tenancy documentation for data extraction, set up and maintenance of the CBRE systems and lease abstracts
- Build relationships with key stakeholders.

- An understanding of commercial leases, licenses and property documentation
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Intermediate skills in MS Office particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- The ability to manage numerous different tasks simultaneously and deliver to deadlines
- Highly organised with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- A Property degree, Accounting degree or equivalent is preferred
