Nestled between Victoria’s Surf Coast and the swimming beaches of Port Phillip Bay, Swan Bay Holiday Park sits on the shore of Swan Bay and is within direct access to the boat ramp and jetty, ideal for the fishing enthusiast. The park boasts a fantastic collection of features for outdoor sports fanatics presenting, a pool, putting green, tennis court, basketball court and walking track.

**About the Role**
We are looking for a Grounds and Maintenance Officer to attend to repairs and maintenance issues and maintain the appearance of the site. Working unsupervised, you will be highly motivated and capable of providing a high level of customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Administer all repairs and or maintenance to tools, equipment and machinery
- Regularly check and attend to general repairs to accommodation and amenities; including fixing toilets and unhinged doors
- Ensuring the sites are maintained and presented at a high standard at all times
- Garden labour such as pruning, weeding, hedging and mowing are to be completed in a timely manner and of a high quality condition
- Ensure the proper and safe use and storage of all materials, consumables and gardening equipment
- Stripping of beds & removal of all linen from Villas as well as cleaning and maintaining exterior of Villa windows, decking, pathways etc.
- Other tasks including emptying rubbish bins, and garden restoration

**About You**
- Previous experience working as a handyman or in a maintenance position
- Driver's Licence
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Great customer service skills teamed with a positive attitude and a strong attention to detail
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster
