Join us to develop our real estate portfolio and footprint strategy, rollout and delivery of workplace concepts, support building related accounting and lease administration, and contribute to digital innovation as part of Property Technology (PropTech) projects.
- You will be directly involved in day-to-day project operations and delivery, gaining business-specific exposure from professionals with different areas of expertise in Corporate Real Estate Portfolio Management.
- Your activities will involve actively engaging in projects by coordinating, managing and enabling initiatives that are aligned with the strategic direction. You’ll analyze real estate trends to identify development areas, collect materials, structure and prepare presentations and documents.

**Your team**
- You will be working in UBS Group Corporate Services (GCS) - one of Chief Digital and Information Office (CDIO) functions within Group Functions - in our Sydney offices. Our function supports UBS by driving UBS’s real estate and PropTech strategy as well as all related services (e.g. facility management). We manage the Strategic Delivery within Australia/NZ for all services and strategy. We furthermore are advancing our global procurement strategy and identifying and delivering sourcing opportunities that provide optimal value and drive digitalization through our platforms.

**Your expertise**
- You need to have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably related to either real estate (e.g. real estate management, architecture, engineering, facility and or asset management with specialization in real estate management) or business analytics or data driven studies (economics).
- In particular, you have:
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a flexible, open-minded, inclusive and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
- a proven record of working well with others in a diverse setting
- excellent documentation skills with experience in utilizing Microsoft Suite programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- a solid understanding of procurement and ability to tender for specialist matter experts to assist in your role and project
- experience in management and coordination of external consultants and contractors
- a sound understanding of financial management with the ability to manage, track and forecast expenditure for the relevant project
- the ability to manage key tasks in relevance to program to maintain project timeline
- an understanding of risk management and key metrics for risk measures and mitigations
- an ability to be adaptative to understanding and working on multiple diverse workstreams within PropTech projects.
- an ability to prioritize and balance workload and concurrently undertake multiple tasks
- an open mind and strong willingness to learn and develop experience in multiple different areas of the property team
- a hands on approach to working collaboratively in resolving key issues with both external and internal key stakeholders.

**Your Program**
