**About the opportunity**:
The SIAM Bundle Lead is tasked with contributing to the Department’s forthcoming Service Integration and Management strategy and taking the lead on any future procurement processes for these services.
- You will lead a leveraged team of technical, commercial, and service delivery specialists, including the SIAM SME, to deliver assigned outcomes.**Responsibilities**:

- Define, scope and manage the delivery of assigned outcomes.
- Ensure appropriate levels of engagement are being undertaken with existing IT service management teams.
- Ensure that the Department’s future people, process and technology requirements for SIAM are identified, documented and addressed.
- Work with all relevant stakeholders to develop any approach to market documentation for SIAM.
- Undertake, as necessary, research and investigation into modern ICT services, practices and delivery models.

**To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated the following experience**:
1. Implementing SIAM services across large scale ICT delivery environments including within Government.
- 2. Implementing large scale Government ICT outsourcing arrangements, requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation.
- 3. With service management and enterprise operational toolsets and solutions.
- 4. Strong delivery, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
- 5. Contemporary SIAM and ITIL Service Management services and operating models.
- 6. Other contemporary development and service delivery frameworks and models such as DevSecOps and SAFe.
