Planning directly influences the service delivery timelines and standards of the business and therefore should be taken with the approach to maximize resources at the lowest possible cost to ensure an exceeded level of customer service.General Duties
- Schedule and plan all service requirements on a daily basis, ensuring a productive route/service zone is created for each technician.
- Ensure each route is regularly reviewed to ensure capacity, location, and sequence are the best fit.
- Ensuring all Service Technicians' visits are loaded within set time frames every day.
- Respond to customers/builders' inquiries/complaints on service and where required arrange necessary non-standard service calls.
- Provide ongoing reports such as customer service history, specific technician productivity and customer retention.
- Call customers/builders to validate requirements for confirmation of visit.
- Check the planning grid for impact against other confirmed visits

Experience Required
- Experience in the logistics environment and route planning productivity
- Proven ability to manage all phone conversations, in a fast pace KPI monitored environment
- Exceptional typing and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate on all levels
- Previous experience in a telephone-based support role or call center is desirable but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft suite and web-based programs.

As part of the pre-employment checks process, you will be required to complete a medical (including drug and alcohol test), reference checks, and a police check.
