**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This role is an exceptional opportunity for a Financial Planner professional to join a growing Advice Delivery team. Support the Advice Delivery Manager and present financial planning advice to members and clients.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Directly support with the Advice Delivery Manager to produce quality financial planning advice to members and external clients;
- Adhere to required compliance regulations to deliver professional advice;
- Generate and evaluate SOAs corresponding to the compliance standards;
- Create and sustain significant client relationships and cater to their enquiries and servicing requirements;
- Act as the key client-facing member of the Financial Planning Network executing Financial Planning meetings both on and off site; AND
- Collaborate and ensure procedures are met providing suggestions for improvement with internal and external contacts;
**QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE**
- Tertiary qualified in business, finance, or related field with a diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent qualification;
- Ideally 5+ years’ experience as a financial adviser providing holistic advice and meet the current FASEA standards to work as a financial adviser;
- Go getter with passion for financial planning, who is looking to develop their financial planning career long term;
- Extensive knowledge with the advice process within major financial services and wealth management;
- Solid understanding of the legal compliance framework within the financial services industry;
- Proven track record with XPLAN/Midwinter software highly regarded; AND
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients.
