**Role**: Wireline (WL) Wellsite Supervisor - Reservoir Performance

**Location**: Roma QLD, Moomba, SA and Jandakot WA

**Type of contract**: Permanent

**Roster**: Full Time

SLB is currently looking for a WL Wellsite Supervisor experienced in Reservoir Evaluation and Mechanical intervention services with expertise of servicing relevant tools at wellsite.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Operates the winch unit for running in/out of the hole; "zeros" tools & monitors tension meter, cable speed, depth & spooling of cable; understands depth control & weight indicator systems; uses all winch cable safety controls
- Prepares the well for service operations, aligns logging unit, installs sheave wheel, threads cable, & connects multiple tools as required
- Perform servicing on logging unit
- Selects, loads & unloads required tools and corresponding surface instrumentation for the job
- Responsible for maintenance checks of tools and equipment
- Responsible for handling explosives, radiation and hazardous materials
- Participates in inspecting, maintaining & repairing primary tools, service units, & equipment according to the RITE
- Deploy and Position resources at the wellsite according to the agreed job program and lifting plans.
- Perform Rig Up and Rig Down in coordination with the Client representative and Drilling Contractor.
- Perform Service according to the job program and according to the agreed risk assessment.
- Monitor indicators of operations including speeds, tensions, basic and advanced surface sensors.
- Services, maintains & assists in marking cables
- Builds bridles, rope sockets and heads
- Identifies the surface instrumentation, tools, & associated equipment required to run each service
- Complete equipment calibration and wellsite integrity checks.
- Ensures equipment compliance according to the logging programs.
- Prepare and validate orchestration program / automated workflows.
- Condition equipment / logging tools for agreed acquisition program.
- Provides Hardware LQC and troubleshooting where required.
- Participates in all Job reviews and job debriefs.
- Captures data from the field in the business system.
- Manages any deviation from the job program through proper Management of Change.
- Manages and escalate service quality incidents.
- Captures wellsite data in the appropriate Business system
- Complete job package and job closure
- HSE/SQ event reporting and participate in HSE/SQ event investigation and closure
- Able to service WHE10K on the field and change pumps on control panel
- Prepare reservoir sampling tool (MDT) prior to the job & service between the runs
- Attends & participates in safety meetings, wear PPE, observe HSE policies, maintain safety training
- Keeps & maintains time sheets, DGs forms current and accurate
- Performs tool TRIM & front end maintenance of tools, mainly for MDT/MSCT
- Complies to all SLB standards and SESS

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- High School education or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years working in Wireline operations and total of at least 4-5 years industry related experience desirable
- Evaluation of at least "Satisfactory" on the SLB Operator section of TOPS
- Able to operate and handle Explosives, Radiation and Pressure
- Able to prepare MDT prior to the job & service them between the runs
- Able to service WHE10K on the field & change pumps on control panel
- Able to service MSCT & prepare for jobs
- Experience in accurately meeting predetermined specifications
- Understand basic use of Volt/ Amp meter
- Have a valid open class unrestricted HR/HC/MC driver’s licence is desirable
- Good English written & verbal communication

**Salary/Compensation**:
The salary will comprise an attractive compensation package (estimate annual earning AUD75,000-120,000/year)
