**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Process Optimization**: Streamline and enhance internal processes to improve efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and increase overall productivity.

**Team Leadership**: Provide strong leadership to the operations team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

**Resource Management**: Effectively manage resources, including staffing levels, to meet operational demands and achieve organizational objectives.

**Technology Integration**: Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance operational capabilities and keep abreast of industry trends.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.

**Performance Metrics**: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on the effectiveness of operational processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management within the recruitment industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools used in recruitment operations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: $75,248.48 - $158,736.47 per year

Supplemental pay types:
