**About the position**:
This position leads the development of integrated school planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting practices, K-12 for NSW public schools.

- Teaching qualifications and successful teaching experience within the K-12 range
- Demonstrated understanding of the professional standards and accreditation processes and capacity to coordinate accreditation processes with staff
- Excellent liaison, negotiation, conflict resolution and team building skills across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Proven successful experience in developing programs which harness ICTs to improve student outcomes
- Demonstrated high level capacity to initiate, develop, evaluate and coordinate planning, monitoring and reporting practices to drive improvement
- Significant experience and demonstrated achievement in innovative and successful development and implementation of professional learning services for schools
- Proven ability to plan, implement, manage, monitor and evaluate educational programs, provisions and resources
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education
- Demonstrated capacity to lead staff in implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
