**You'll be responsible for**
- Manage and contribute in the uplift to the automation of testing and change process to improve efficiencies and effectiveness relating to the implementation of the change.
- Contribute in the review, development and maintenance of the change process and participate in the implementation of those improvement solution.
- Manage and contribute in the review, development and maintenance of the pricing and system change process manual and associated documents to ensure business process is well documented
- Support and assist the team with the testing activities during the implementation of the business decisions including but not limited to the setting up the test plan, test cases, executing the User Acceptance testing to the impacted systems and database and ensure the implemented system rates are being verified accurately and as required.
- Administrate the specified controls as outlined in the pricing governance framework relating to pricing deployment, testing management and sign-off communication and maintenance of clear documentation.
- Support the deployment for the pricing changes and, if requested, contribute to the testing process of the pricing changes outside normal business hours.

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in testing and system implementation against products or pricing related changes, acquired in a complex matrixed general insurance or financial services organisation.
- Experience in design or implementation of automation of testing against pricing related changes and in writing, reviewing and documenting process, system or business change.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure matters are appropriately communicated and dealt with in accordance to agreed timelines and scope.
- Demonstrated experience navigating multiple systems, databases and software’s (such as SAS, Microsoft 365 in particular Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, MS Teams) and other collaborative tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
