Your duties will include:
- Delivering personalised support in a group home setting by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication and manual handling- Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent- Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community- Building positive relationships with our clients- Transporting clients, using CPA minivan, if applicable
**Requirements**:
- Live locally to the locations mentioned above- Prior experience will be highly regarded- A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum)

You will have comprehensive training throughout your orientation, with ongoing learning and development. This includes:
- Buddy shifts with CPA's experienced Disability Support Workers- Opportunity to complete a nationally recognised qualification such as Certificate III in Individual Support and/or a Certificate IV in Disability.- We invest $5,000 in training in your first year_
