We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Consultant at our Perth Office, on a Permanent Full-Time basis

**About this role**

As the Learning & Development Consultant you will be required provide specialist learning and development advice and solutions. This includes identifying training needs and contributing to the content design and implementation of training programs across the business and aligned to the People Strategy.

Some of the other main responsibilities in this role include;
- Develop content and implement programs and initiatives to build the capability of our leaders/employees with a focus on leadership, team or professional development
- Manage the learning and development preferred supplier panel
- Promote available training opportunities to HRBP Group, employees and driving a learning culture
- Develop and facilitate workshops and training for employees, or sources external expertise as required
- Recommend relevant procedures, frameworks, content and implementation plans
- Partner with HR colleagues and leadership teams to ensure initiatives and activities are socialised, consulted, embedded and value derived from implementation.

**About you**

We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:

- Experience partnering with the business stakeholders to understand training needs at individual, team and functional level
- Demonstrated experience in delivering programs of work efficiently
- Advanced change management / stakeholder engagement experience and skills
- Strong facilitation skills
- Strong consulting and influencing skills where the interaction with others is primarily concerned with influencing, developing and motivating people and changing behaviour.
- Strong coaching skills, to deliver outcomes
- Sound and demonstrated level of knowledge and experience in any specialist area, including contemporary organisational effectiveness, organisational design, learning, leadership development and talent management knowledge and skills
- Sound experience working within a contemporary Human Resources environment developing and delivering business wide initiatives and activities
- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline, or extensive relevant work experience as above
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment
