**Brisbane**, the
**Finance Administration Assistant** is a key role in the Group Finance Department. The role will primarily be responsible for assisting in raising purchase orders and managing invoice approval and receipting across all business divisions. To assist in providing timely and accurate administration and processing support to the Shell Energy business.
With respect, integrity and honesty, you will:
- Raise purchase orders for all divisions within the Shell Energy group;
- Receipt invoices and manage blanket purchase orders for recurring costs;
- Assist with various audit queries as required;
- Assist with establishing new processes and procedures as required;
- Assist the accounting team more broadly with project work and administration tasks; and
- Provide general administration support.
**What you’ll bring**
Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:
- Experience in a similar role is preferable;
- **SAP** experience preferred;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently with results driven focus;
- A high level analytical and problem solving skills;
- Proactive at making continuous improvements;
- Excellent attention to detail skills; and
- Proficient Microsoft suite skills;
