**About the opportunity**

We seek an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our City Image team.

This new position will be responsible for the coordination and rostering of operational staff and contractors to meet graffiti removal service requirements and ensure services to customers are provided to agreed performance standards.

The person will also assist the City Image team with the development, implementation and evaluation of projects that keep our public spaces clean and improve the amenity of the City.

**Qualifications and experience**

**Essential**:

- Solid knowledge and experience of work procedures related to the delivery of operational works
- Relevant tertiary or trade qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading a team of operational staff
- Current Class C driver's licence.

**Remuneration and benefits**

The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.
- Entry level for this position starts at $1,599.52 per week
- 38-hour working week
- Rostered Day Off (RDO) every fortnight
- Leaseback vehicle
- Employee benefits such as leave entitlements (where applicable), 10.5% employer contribution payable to your nominated superannuation fund, Fitness Passport, gym membership discounts, and social clubs.
