You will lead the development and maintenance of a cutting-edge portfolio project management support function, providing high-level briefings and expert advice to the Assistant Commissioner and senior stakeholders. You will craft and implement a comprehensive annual Infrastructure business plan aligned with organisational objectives, author and edit high-stakes correspondence for Ministerial and Cabinet requests, and optimise resource allocation and task management across the Command.
With a proven track record in infrastructure management, portfolio management, or a related field, you possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, a strong understanding of project management principles and practices, and the ability to think strategically and drive results. You have experience in managing large asset bases and annual works programs, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
