**Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 3pm**

**Salary**:$67,000 per year, negotiable

**About Us**:
Our client is operating a corporate café, located in the vibrant Southbank area of Melbourne. The mission is to provide our tenants and visitors with a delightful coffee experience and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. To achieve this, we are looking for a talented Barista who shares the passion for coffee and customer satisfaction.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Passionate, proactive, and emotionally intelligent.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Barista.
- In-depth knowledge of various coffee styles and preparation methods.
- Confidence in operating an espresso machine.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale software.
- Ability to work in a team and maintain a clean and organised workspace.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, artisan, and speciality drinks.
- Ensure the espresso machine and other equipment are in optimal working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, describing menu items, and offering suggestions.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including regular cleaning and sanitising of work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Clean and maintain service and seating areas to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with inventory management by ordering, receiving, and distributing stock supplies as needed.
