**We are looking for a Barista and All Rounder for an exciting café in Port Melbourne**

We are looking for following credentials

You must be hardworking, and have a passion for coffee and service and be a positive team player

At least 2 years in a high volume coffee shop or café is required

A great attitude - that means you enjoy making others smile

A genuine love of customer service - this means making customers happy and striving to keep them coming back

Motivation and Initiative

Excellent communication skills

The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

A minimum 2 years experience as a Barista or waiting staff

Passion and pride in making the best coffees and providing the highest level of customer service

Able to prepare all Food and beverage mise-en-place duties prior to service

Greet guests according to the standards to ensure superior service

Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests

Set up the café/restaurant according to the table plan, cover layout and standards defined by the management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
