CITEC Enabling Services leads the architectural design, product and service management, stakeholder engagement, project management, risk management,vendor management and ITSM practice primarily to enable the delivery of CITEC services.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Lead the User Acceptance Test planning, scheduling, preparation testing scripts and report development.
- Conduct and manage the overall testing process in complex integrated systems.
- Monitor and evaluate testing progress and risks and assist with reporting on these items appropriately to key stakeholders.
- Initiate, influence, and maintain relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders facilitating effective communication channels to promote the successful delivery of testing activities including feedback mechanisms, defect triage and management of expectations
- Develop and maintain procedures and documentation in relation to testing activities.
- Support implementation activities for software releases.
- Provide advice relating to systems implementation to ensure that functionality aligns with established business requirements and functional models.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to other team members to enable on-going support of the solution.
- Liaise, consult, and negotiate effectively with team members, other project teams, stakeholders, and customer groups to develop and maintain effective working relationships and the integrity of the CITEC operating environment.

To thrive in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Demonstrated experience leading and executing testing cycles and activities within a complex project or organisation.
- Ability to manage conflicting demands and adapt to a changing environment.
- Proven experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions delivered meet business requirements and support business outcomes.
- Previous experience in complex integration solutions such as SAP or other financial management systems.
