Job Purpose
The primary purpose of Legal Writer - Personal Injury QLD is to develop and maintain high quality up-to-date practical legal content as well as practical resources for our popular Practical Guidance product, which is Australia’s most established and trusted ‘how-to’ of legal practice.
It will also involve GTM (marketing and promotional) activities and provide support to relationship managers (sales) to help build brand awareness and influence market share across clients and stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**:
- Creation and maintenance of content including but not limited to; Guidance notes, including practice tips, Checklists, Precedents, Drafting notes, Legal updates, Toolkits- Checking and ensuring quality of all content is legally correct- Build and maintain strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders- Support Engagement Managers and customer relationship managers to understand customers’ needs and provide legal technical support in customer visits.- Support local team in building cross-functional relationships to leverage best practice across global teams
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years PQE with a practice background in Personal Injury (QLD)- Excellent communication and plain-English writing skills- Aptitude for building and fostering relationships with a range of diverse clients and local and international stakeholders- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.
