Customer Service Representative | Artarmon | $65k - $70k + Super
**Your new company**
This company is a rapidly expanding organisation, leading the way in the manufacturing of medical devices for hospitals and other health services. They also specialise in the In Vitro Diagnostics market.
**Your new role**
A full time, Permanent Customer Service and Logistics Representative role. You will be responsible for a number of tasks within the multifaceted Artarmon team.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Customer complaint resolutions
- Provide pricing and delivery details to customer and clients
- Process customer orders
- Order office stationary supplies
- Follow up with supplier purchase orders and incoming shipments
- Manage warehouse stock levels and activity
- Additional Adhoc Admin duties
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role you will need to be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have a valid working visa that allows full time permanent work.
You will need to be experienced with Administration and customer service as well as having clear written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent computer skills is a must and the ESSENTIAL skills are as follows:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- SAP
