We are the industry leader in the delivery of pre-employment medical assessments and pre-employment work fitness assessments, which is supported by our Receptionist as the first point of contact for those accessing our services.

The position is in **Newcastle, NSW** and is **full-time, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week**, with a tailored training program delivered upon commencement. We ensure that you have the necessary skills and training to provide consistent and quality customer service, to ensure your success in the role.

**What we need from you**:

- More than 2 years of work experience in a customer service role or medical administration
- Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems to input and retrieve information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level attention to detail
- Commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Can also work autonomously and willing to go above and beyond
- with a can-do attitude and is seeking career development
