**This role will**:
Support in defining and documenting business functions, system interactions, processes and people to implement solutions that improve effectiveness and efficiencies across the organisation;
Identify and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to support in identifying, defining and documenting business needs and objectives, current operational procedures and input and output requirements;
Identify opportunities for improvement of business processes through information systems / and or non-system driver changes and assist in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and / or operational changes;
Participate in studies of new and existing programs and special projects to determine organisational, procedural and technical issues and conduct research and analysis before reporting findings and outlining recommendations;
Support in research and assist in preparing statistical reports from the oragnisation's data and consolidate information into cohesive and understandable correspondence for use in management decision-making;
Deliver high quality documentation, ensuring alignment and compliance within the defined Business Analysis Framework, processes, tools, reporting regimes and approaches;
Track and document changes to functional and business specifications and write detailed, easy to understand procedures for organisational use;
Support business readiness and change management to identify transition requirements and enable the business to realise project benefits;
Report against an agreed project plan to the Senior Business Analyst, identifying any issues and providing necessary recommendations; and

Undertake other tasks as agreed with the Senior Business Analyst.

**Skills & Experience**:
In-depth and broad understanding of problem identification, analysis and resolution with demonstrated skill in a range of analytical tools and techniques, including modelling of systems, people and processes to achieve fit-for-purpose results;
A pragmatic 'can do' approach to meeting time and quality requirements in a commercial and challenging business environment;
Experience in successfully developing and delivering presentations and facilitating workshops to all levels of staff within an organisation;
Strong written and oral communication skills with an ability to engage and influence both business and technical people; and

Experience in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) would be highly regarded, but not essential.
