**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct routine inspections and audits of production processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
- Monitor and evaluate product quality at various stages of production, from receiving raw materials to packaging finished goods.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures and documentation, including record-keeping and reporting.
- Identify and investigate any deviations from quality standards, working closely with production staff to address issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and consistency.
- Train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to food safety and quality assurance.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1 years experience in Quality Assurance, or related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within the food manufacturing industry, preferably in poultry processing.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and standards, such as HACCP, GMP.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Certification in food safety is a plus.
