**Description**

**You will**:

- Create a culture of honesty, openness, and support within the team.
- Coach, develop and support team to achieve established KPIs.
- Build effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders with a focus on collective success and a solutions mindset.
- Develop, manage and maintain a high service level client relationship through the provision of services that meet or exceed the expectations of Defence and the DFR Adecco contract, further encouraging a strong and ongoing relationship between Adecco and the Commonwealth of Australia.

**Profile**

To be successful in this role, you will have experience leading operational teams to achieve positive customer focused outcomes. Call centre leadership experience or recruitment experience is helpful but not essential for success in this role. You will be able to effectively motivate and develop your team and contribute to building a positive team culture.

**Your background will demonstrate**:

- Proven leadership experience in a high-volume environment
- Experience coaching and developing teams in an engaging and high performing culture
- Call centre experience would be highly regarded but not essential
- The drive to learn and develop, with the ability to adapt to, champion and lead change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
