**Your Role**
As Talent Acquisition (TA) Team Leader you will provide hands-on leadership and guidance to your team, enabling the delivery of best practice TA service and activities, contributing to business success.
- Build and maintain trusted working relationships with leaders to support the effective delivery of end-to-end TA processes;
- Guide and develop your team, building capability and ensuring TA outcomes are aligned with business strategy and values;
- Partner with leaders and the broader P&C team to understand business needs, enabling the provision of proactive and strategic TA solutions;
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment of senior and business critical positions;
- Lead continuous improvement projects, supporting a future focused TA approach.

- Success in the utilisation of progressive TA strategies and processes across dynamic environments;
- Superior stakeholder engagement skills, ability to influence and add value at all levels;
- Hands-on leadership style, ability to coach and develop others to be the best they can be;
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
