**Supply Chain Planner**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will develop specific key performance Indicators/critical success factors agreed to and reviewed quarterly
- Also, you will maintain/create plant specific production planning master data in SAP for the production sites and Gas & Gear Plants
- Develop a fundamental understanding of SAP, MRP and Supply Chain Processes
- Further, you build strong collaborative relationships within BOC and strong collaborative relationships with other BOC groups specifically Operations, Sales, CSC and Finance
- You are accountable for the implementation of RBU strategies including but not limited to Production Planning / Control, Inventory Optimization and Stock Accuracy
- Managing transport order scheduling is part of this role
- You'll provide peer guidance / representation of specific initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with BOC Safety Standards and Regulations

**What makes you great**
- You are in possession of a Planning qualification or have prior experience in a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of the BOC business landscape will be considered a bonus
- Your knowledge of SAP processes is highly advantageous
- Furthermore, you influence, guide and you use your communication skills minimize the escalation of issues
- In addition, you have the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with management and production staff
- Naturally you have a drive for strong customer service and focus on continuous process improvement

**As Supply Chain Planner, you will be directly accountable for the creation/maintenance of Supply chain planning and master data related to the scheduling and control of the site daily fill plan for the CSCM range of products.**

**The role encompasses all activities related to the development and delivery of the daily production plan/schedule that maximizes utilization of available resources with demand so as to ensure service level compliance, increased productivity and reduction in costs to produce.**
