**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Despatch Clerk to join our Global Logistics Division based in Rocklea. Working Monday to Friday starting at 5am and finishing at 1pm, you will maintain efficient and effective service delivery to customers and the business team. This will be achieved through valuable customer service, delivery of SAP generated customer orders, reporting and administrative duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Regularly liaise with drivers to organize same day deliveries to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Check driver scheduled runs and shipment inspections for cancelled orders, deferrals and edit paperwork accordingly.
- Efficiently complete data entry and maintain data integrity.
- Attend to driver enquires and escalate when required.
- Communicate with customers and gain understanding of customer views on service quality.
- Review customer feedback and consider these in making business service decisions to enhance customer experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and operational staff.
