**Woods & Co** have partnered with one of Australia’s top luxury Build-to-Rent property operators with a number of premium assets located across the metro Melbourne.

They are seeking an experienced Temporary Property Manager to manage a single property and ensure a smooth operations in run.

**What do you do?**
- Manage lease-up campaign of a luxury development in the works
- Managing ongoing leasing of the building including conducting rent reviews, lease renewals and managing areas
- Work closely with the concierge and property management team members
- Report to the Senior Property Manger
- Conducting routine inspections, private inspections, and open for inspections
- Preparing marketing campaigns and material for properties
- Enhance tenant satisfaction through driving excellent customer service and proactive communication

**What do you need?**
- A current, valid Real Estate Licence and Driver’s licence
- Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience working as Property Manager managing up to 250 units
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate leasing and strong influencing and negotiation capability
