**Woods and Co Recruitment **have partnered with an Australian corporate law firm looking for a Junior Legal Secretary to join the Corporate Disputes team. The firm’s office is located on Collins St in the Melbourne CBD. Major clients of the firm are international and Australian leading businesses, investment funds and government agencies.

**What’s in it for you?**

- Work with a well-established legal secretary and Corporate Disputes team
- 6 weeks of shadowing (training)

**What do you do?**
- Support a legal secretary and team of 14
- Diary management / calendar appointments
- Take briefs
- Electronic and paper document management
- Manage travel arrangements alongside corporate travel agent
- Folder management

**What do you need?**
- Experience in administration
- Work well under pressure
- Show initiative and be self-motivated
- Take a collaborative approach to work
- Be open to receiving guidance and feedback
