Our client is an esteemed Australian pharmaceutical company engaged in contract manufacturing and packaging of a diverse range of dietary supplements and functional food products. In addition to their manufacturing capabilities, they provide comprehensive services such as product formulation, label design, packaging solutions, shipping, and regulatory guidance across multiple regions.

**Shift Times**:
Monday-Friday: 9am-5 pm
- **Duties and responsibilities**:

- Ensure consistent communication with existing customers in order to gather detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements for each project
- Demonstrate the ability to actively source new clients with the aim of expanding the company's customer base and fostering growth.
- Dealing with customer enquires
- Take the lead on projects and proactively address obstacles in a prompt and efficient manner to ensure their timely resolution and successful completion.
- Ensure seamless and effective communication across departments by implementing appropriate reporting systems that facilitate clear and efficient information flow.
- Coordinate closely with the R&D, Procurement, Planning, and Production departments to ensure alignment and adherence to project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Maintain regular communication and collaboration to keep all parties on track and facilitate smooth project execution.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of customer facing or project management experience
- Mandarin Speaking (essential)
- Bachelor’s degree in business or similar, however degrees related to the healthcare industry are also acceptable.
- Regular access to a car (Due to site locaiton)
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Efficient computer literacy
- Strong problem solving and organisation skills
- Demonstrated ability to priorities, meet conflicting demands on varying time scales, and to work under pressure.
