The purpose of this Case Manager role is working with individuals to pro-actively and effectively manage claims within the legislation or policy and achieve compliance within the performance measures.
This is a permanent role and we are interested in applicants from any customer service background. Full training will be provided.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be part of a dynamic and supportive team, with coaching, dedicated Learning and Development consultants, specialist advisors, and a passionate Team Leader
- Take responsibility for ongoing case management
- Collaborating with stakeholders (injured workers, employers and providers) to deliver personalised claims management strategies that support the achievement of high quality outcomes
- Work closely with specialists to manage medical activities, investigations and to develop strategies for effective case resolution.
- Working in accordance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
- Liaise with clients, customers, and external providers - working collaboratively across all stakeholders to assist our customers in return to health and claim resolution

- Strong problem solving skills with experience in negotiation and/or conflict resolution
- Careful consideration to detail with a high concern for accuracy
- Proactive, positive attitude, resilient and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team with good, empathetic people skills
