Project Support Officer

The Company

The Role

Supporting the team within the Defence Cyberworthiness Coordination Office (DCwCO) as required with program administration, policy and secretariat activities.

Assisting and Supporting the appropriate Project Team in coordination of engagement activities with User Groups and other external stakeholders to ensure the DCwCO is established to align with agreed objectives and requirements.

Supporting effective communication and liaison processes with stakeholders including internal Joint Capability Group (JCG) staff, DCwCO Management, User Groups and other external project stakeholders as implemented.

Working closely with Defence Force Element Groups to ensure that cyberworthiness assessments are undertaken in alignment with JCG cyberworthiness system frameworks.

Assisting with the preparation of reporting mechanisms and ensure they are communicated with internal and external stakeholders as required.

Undertaking secretariat duties for DCwCO meetings and working groups.

Carrying out other duties as deemed reasonable and appropriate to the role as directed from time to time.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge

2 years’ experience in Project Management or Support roles preferably within Defence

Certification in project management or cybersecurity

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in secretariat duties for meetings and working groups

Have an active NV1 clearance
