Using our new purpose-built, state-of-the-art BlueYonder (formerly JDA) ecosystem, Officeworks is working on some exciting merchandise initiatives to help Australians make bigger things happen. An exciting opportunity is now available for a Micro Space Planner to join our progressive Space team; building and maintaining a key strategic portfolio of planograms to increase sales, improve operational efficiencies, and most importantly, improve our customers’ experience

Working closely with the Merchandise Teams, your focus will be on delivering improved product performance through the Officeworks Range Review process. Reporting to the Micro Space Manager you will create and maintain data driven, customer led planograms which are operationally efficient and maximise sales and profitability. You will prepare and present all required analytics to Senior Leadership Team during Range Reviews and provide clear direction to stores to ensure your planograms are implemented effectively.

**About you**:
With a passion for big ideas and continuous improvement, this new role will see you engage with stakeholders across all levels of the business leveraging your strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to influence change.

You will have experience (3-5years) with planogram building or implementations in a complex retail environment and be competent with a space planning system, Blue Yonder is an advantage. Data driven with a high attention to detail, you enjoy analysis and planning with a solid exposure to Space Planning systems, and Microsoft 365 suite capability.

With a focus on continuous improvement and drive for an amazing in-store customer experience, you are comfortable working autonomously and managing competing priorities.
