Rto Trainer and Assessor

- CIII in Early Childhood Education & Care and/or
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care

**Key selection criteria**
- **VET qualification**: TAE Certificate IV in Training and Education or Diploma in VET + TAELLN411 and TAEASS502 units or equivalent (mandatory)
- **Relevant Industry qualifications**: CIII in Early Childhood Education & Care or higher qualification (mandatory)
- **Sufficient Industry Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience working in the Child Care industry (mandatory)
- **Industry Currency**: Worked in the Childcare Industry in the last 12 - 24 months (mandatory)
- **Sufficent VET Experience**: Demonstrated experience in vocational education and training (preferred)
- **Languages**: Proficient in English & Arabic (mandatory)
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Strong level of interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication and organisational skills
- Demonstrated awareness of understanding the issues encountered by disadvantaged learners
- Knowledge, understanding and commitment to the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 and the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF)
- Willingness to maintain their industry/VET currency and continue to develop their existing knowledge and skills through professional development

**Job Types**: Fixed term, Subcontract, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
